16. 1 - Ford Focus, which my friend Laura drives and in which she picks me up for school.

17. 1 - Liberia. Capital: Monrovia. Official Language: English. Currency: Liberian dollar. The name Liberia denotes "liberty" or "Land of the Free" as the country was colonized by freed African American slaves in 1822, who founded the country in 1847 with the support of Government of the United States creating a new ethnic group called the Americo-Liberians. Since 1989, Liberia has been in a state of flux witnessing two civil wars, the First Liberian Civil War (1989–1996), and the Second Liberian Civil War (1999–2003), displacing hundreds of thousands of people and devastating the country's economy.

62. Le Louvre à Québec was a little disappointing, but their other exhibit, Les Intrus was pretty good. There were lots of different rooms with different themes and artists displayed, and lots of different styles. The way the Musée National de Beaux-Arts is set up is pretty neat because the building itself used to be a prison, so there are several floors each with a couple of rooms. I also got to see the permanent collection of the Musée de Beaux-Arts in Montreal, which had a cool decorative arts exhibit on display and some local talent. They also owned some works of the Group of Seven in their permanent collection, which was really neat to see.

80. The girl I traveled with to Quebec City made off with the deposit I paid at the hostel for both of us. The lesson: trust your gut instinct.
